Service Description

A 30 minute phone call to discuss your sleep concerns. We can discuss routine, nap battles, bedtime battles, false starts or any other sleep battle you are facing with your little one. I'll follow up with a written routine guide for you to implement at home as well as any tweaks to make to your little one's routine. If you decide to upgrade to one of my sleep packages, I will deduct the cost of this call. ***This is not a full sleep plan and does not include any follow up support***
